Shipping
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express delivery (select cities): 2–3 business days
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999
- Flat rate of ₹150 for orders below ₹2,999
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations including USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. Please contact us at hello@lucknowidastoor.com for international shipping quotes and timelines.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. Track your order status in real-time on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Chikankari piece. If it doesn't feel right, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original, unused condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- No alterations or customizations (if any were made)
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@lucknowidastoor.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop it off at any courier partner location
- Refund processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item
For exchanges, we'll ship the new size/color once we receive the returned item. If the desired variant is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are non-cancellable once production begins.
